Through direct engagement with industry leaders and real-world learning experiences, the Fellowship equips emerging creatives with the exposure, guidance, and confidence to take their first meaningful step into the industry.

The Fellowship is built on four pillars that provide mentorship, learning, industry exposure, and practical experience.
Fellows begin with masterclasses led by industry professionals, covering key areas such as creativity, strategy, and brand building.
Fellows gain first-hand insight through visits to agencies, client organisations, and industry institutions.
The Fellowship ends with a Project Presentation — fellows present their ideas and creative solutions to a panel of industry professionals.
