The fellowship is open to final-year university students, recent graduates, and young creative professionals interested in advertising, branding, marketing communications, and related creative industries.
The D. A. Twum Jnr. Fellowship runs for three months across three phases: Month 1 — Masterclass Series, Month 2 — Industry Exposure, and Month 3 — Final Project Presentation.
Selected fellows receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the program. Details are shared with shortlisted candidates during the selection process.
We welcome applicants from advertising, communications, public relations, marketing, design, media studies, journalism, and related creative fields. Self-taught creatives with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
Applications are reviewed by the fellowship team. Shortlisted candidates are invited to a selection interview. Successful applicants are then formally notified and invited to join the fellowship.
No prior experience is required. The fellowship is designed for emerging creatives at the start of their careers. What matters most is your passion, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
