The Daniel A. Twum Jnr. Fellowship is a carefully designed three-month program that combines mentorship, hands-on learning, and meaningful exposure to Ghana's marketing communications industry. Fellows move through three key phases designed to build knowledge, confidence, and real industry understanding.
| Months 1 |
Masterclass Series
Fellows begin the program with a series of masterclasses led by experienced industry professionals. These sessions introduce participants to key areas of the marketing communications industry, including strategy, creativity, brand building, and professional practice. |
| Months 2 |
Industry Exposure
In the second phase, fellows gain first-hand insight into the industry through visits to agencies, client organizations, and relevant industry institutions. This experience helps fellows understand how ideas move from concept to real campaigns. |
| Months 3 |
Final Project Presentation
The Fellowship ends with a Project Presentation — an opportunity for fellows to present their ideas and creative solutions to a panel of industry professionals. |
Participants in the Daniel A. Twum Jnr. Fellowship gain more than just learning, they also gain real opportunities to grow within Ghana's marketing communications industry.
Outstanding final projects will be recognized with the D. A. Twum Jnr. Fellowship Awards, celebrating creativity, innovation, and excellence.
